Our new customer website, Pension Tracker, gives your customers similar control that they may already enjoy with internet banking. And that should leave you with more time to focus on providing advice.
Pension Tracker is available to all new clients who take up one of our GPP, Group Stakeholder and IPP pension products. It’s also available to over 1 million existing Aviva pension clients – click here to find out which of your existing clients can use Pension Tracker.
Pension Tracker has been designed for customers, by customers, to help them get the most from their pension and retirement planning, giving them the information and tools they need.

In response to what customers have told us, we have provided help and guidance with Lisa, our unique video guide. She will be on hand to guide customers around each section of the site where they can: |
- View current and past payments and plan value
- View estimated plan value and retirement income
- Use the retirement planner tool to estimate retirement income and use the ‘what if’ scenario calculator
- View investment funds and asset mix
- Switch funds online
- Utilise FAQs, tips and tools
- Watch Lisa as she gives a full site tour, provides pension information and helps customers understand how to interpret the information on the site.
Customers will be able to plan better for retirement themselves by understanding how their pension plan is performing, putting them in control.
